PROGRAM PARTNERS
The free tax prep service is offered through United Way of the Plains in partnership with the IRS. United Way administers the grant from the IRS and provides coalition coordination. VITA volunteers, who are trained and certified by the IRS, provide assistance to individuals who qualify and help them obtain credits for which they are eligible (including the Earned Income Tax Credit).
New! FDIC Smart Money Financial Education
FDIC Smart Money is a course designed to help people of all ages enhance their financial skills, create positive banking relationships and avoid financial fraud. Ask your VITA volunteer for more information!
