FUNDING OPPORTUNITY

FY2025 CONTINUUM OF CARE GRANT COMPETITION

On behalf of the Coalition to End Homelessness, United Way of the Plains coordinates an annual response to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Notice of Funding Opportunity to fund housing and supportive services to end homelessness.

On Jan. 8, HUD reinstated the FY24-25 NOFO. Under that NOFO, the Coalition may renew all projects awarded in FY24 without holding a Local Competition. On Jan. 13, the Coalition Board approved renewing all FY24 projects under the FY25 CoC NOFO.

At this time, there is no funding available for new projects in the FY25 CoC NOFO. However, the Coalition anticipates that the FY26 NOFO will release in late summer or early fall of 2026, which will provide opportunities for new projects.
