Since the Bastian family founded Fidelity Bank in 1905, they have demonstrated a deep commitment to building a strong, resilient community. That commitment is reflected in decades of partnership with United Way, including leadership on the board of directors, award-winning workplace campaigns, and employees who volunteer with programs like Read to Succeed. Through four generations of leadership, the Bastian family has created a legacy that lifts not just their bank, but the Wichita community. In recognition of their continued generosity and service, the Bastians were presented with United Way’s most prestigious Enduring Legacy Award in 2025.
