United Way of the Plains Welcomes Linn Smith

Linn Smith has joined United Way of the Plains as our new Financial Empowerment Program Manager. In this role, Smith will lead financial education, digital financial literacy, and financial coaching for community members as they navigate their journey to financial security. She’ll also serve as the convener for the Bank On ICT Coalition, where she will lead community engagement efforts and collaborate with local financial institutions, community service providers, and other partners to help close gaps in financial services and expand access to resources.

Smith brings a strong background in management, individualized coaching, program coordination, and training to this position. She most recently served as the Community Engagement Manager for The Women’s Network.
