Michelle Presnell Named Community Impact Manager for Financial Stability at United Way of the Plains
WICHITA, Kan., Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021 — United Way of the Plains is pleased to announce that Michelle Presnell has joined the Community Impact team as the Community Impact Manager for Financial Stability. Her work will be focused on empowering people with the tools they need to ensure fiscal security.
Presnell brings banking expertise to her role as well as experience in nonprofit management and public outreach. She most recently worked at Envision, where she was the Community Development Manager.
Abel Frederic, Vice President of Community Impact for United Way of the Plains, welcomed Presnell and said, “Financial stability is one of the four pillars of our work at United Way of the Plains, and we look forward to leaning into this important area with some of Michelle’s innovative ideas. Her passion for improving the opportunities for others to thrive in our community makes her a great fit for this role. We look forward to strengthening our impact with her community connections and financial experience.”
