United Way Welcomes Madison Medina
United Way of the Plains is excited to welcome Madison Medina as our new Resource Navigator for 211. In this role, Medina will help community members get connected to resources and services to meet their needs in times of crisis and uncertainty. Last year, United Way’s 211 service helped Kansans in need 159,089 times through its free and confidential support.
Medina brings valuable experience to this position, having previously worked as a 211 referral specialist in California. She also has a strong background in customer service. Medina holds a certificate in health support occupations from Bakersfield Adult School.
